Booking and Payment Policy

  • To book any of our travel services, you need to fill out our online booking form and submit it to us. Depending upon your requirement, a customized tour package will be shared with you. Once you finalize your plan and our tour package suits your requirement, you can book with us by paying 20% or Rs. 4000 (whichever is less) advance of the total booking amount
  • 30 days before the trip departure you need to pay 50% of the total cost of your trip.
  • 20 days before the trip departure you need to pay 70% of the total cost of your trip
  • 10 days before the trip departure you need to pay 100% of the total cost of your trip
  • You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that bank charges, credit card fees, or PayPal fees are not included in the package price
  • You will receive your travel documents (e-tickets, vouchers, itinerary) by email once we receive your full payment. You must carry these documents with you while on the trip
  • You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information about yourself and your travel companions. You must have a valid passport, visa, health certificate, insurance, and any other documents required for your trip. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to comply with these requirements.
  • You must inform us of any special requests or needs (such as dietary restrictions, medical conditions, accessibility issues) at the time of booking. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to inform us of these requests or needs.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your booking for any reason, you need to notify us in writing by email. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your email. The following cancellation fees will apply:
    • Cancellations made before 30 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 20% of the total trip cost.
    • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 50% of the total trip cost.
    • Cancellations made between 5 to 15 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 70% of the total trip cost.
    • Cancellations made between 0 to 5 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 100% of the total trip cost
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, unused services, or force mature events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of non-payment, breach of these terms and conditions, or any other circumstances that may affect our ability to provide the services. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you the amount paid minus any applicable fees or charges. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Refund amount will be processed within 15 business working days after successful cancellation
  • All applicable refunds will be done via Bank Transfer only.

Changes and Amendments

  • If you want to change or amend your booking for any reason, you need to notify us in writing by email at least 15 days before your arrival date. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Any changes or amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or charges.
  • We reserve the right to change or amend your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances that may affect our ability to provide the services (such as flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, road closures, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative option or a partial refund. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes or amendments.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers (such as airlines, hotels, taxi operator, etc.) that provide the services included in your package.
  • We are not liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or expense caused by these services or by any failure or negligence of these service providers.
