What is the cancellation policy?
Each tour package reservation have its own fixed cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy for each reservation before confirming your booking. This tour package cancellation policy are as follows:- - If cancellation is done 30 days before the service start date then 10% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee - If cancellation is done between 15 to 30 days before the service start date then 30% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee - If cancellation is done between 07 to 15 days before the service start date then 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee - If cancellation is done between 03 to 07 days before the service start date then 90% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee - If cancellation is done during or between 0 to 03 days before the service start date then 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee Refunds: If you need to cancel a reservation, any applicable refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy in effect. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the UA wallet on our website associated with your mail ID which was used for the booking. Confirmation Policy
- Payments can be made either all at once or in 4 parts.
- After processing the booking amount, you will receive an email regarding your booking confirmation.
- Once you have paid 100% of the amount for your booking, you will receive an invoice containing all the information about the trip.
Payment Terms Policy
- Booking amount: 4,000/-
- 30 days before the trip departure: 50% of the total cost.
- 20 days before the trip departure: 70% of the total cost.
- 10 days before the trip departure: 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before 30 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 20% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 50% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 5 to 15 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 70% of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations made between 0 to 5 days from the date of travel will result in a charge of 100% of the total trip cost.
Refund Policy
- Refund amount will be processed within 15 business working days
- All applicable refunds will be done via Bank Transfer only.
